SECOH Day Services offer individuals with disabilities and the elderly a meaningful way to spend their day. Center activities include arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, computers, exercise, and many, many other recreational and therapeutic activities. Community based activities are also available and include visits to parks, beaches, theaters, malls, cultural events, concerts, fairs, and sporting events. Activity supplies, admission fees, meals, and transportation are included. Professional nursing, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services may also be provided. Services are offered from SECOH's six community centers on Oahu in Kahala, Kalihi, Pearl City, Ewa Beach, Waipahu, and Wahiawa.

SECOH used progressive teaching methods to educate children with disabilities. As public schools increased their capacity to educate children with special needs, SECOH gradually transitioned its services to include people with disabilities of all ages living on the island of Oahu. .
